Series 152 of record group 58-17 consists of the plat and field notes of Battle Creek to Lansing State Road, originally collected by the Michigan Lands Division. Construction of the road was enacted under Public Act 99 of 1847. The survey was filed and received by George Peck, Secretary of State, on April. 18, 1848. Documents the area from Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan to Bellevue, Eaton County, Michigan, northeast to Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan (T.1 N, R.5 W., T.2 N., R.4 W., T.4 N., R.2 W.). Shows locations of Bellevue, Charlotte, Lansing, Battle Creek River, and Grand River. The map is 13" x 68" in size.
